Profiles compile truthful information from public government records and your own published website — the same records any patient can look up. Like other professional registries, we keep those records available and complete; removing them would make the registry less accurate, not more. What we will always do: correct any error quickly, remove any copyrighted material on request, and let you control the optional fields by claiming your profile (free).
